Organization had lost all key staff members prior to the departure of the director. The most senior IT staff member had only been there a few months. Gave operation direction while staffing unfilled positions. Garnered newly found regard for service levels provided. Mitigated major IT operational pitfalls and stabilized system performance and service levels. |

A Document Imaging project was grant funded resulting in a very short deadline (5M). Led the group to work with other organizations already using the technology and leverage partnership as a base to the rest of the project. Project completed on time. |
